This is my third trip with Mac Sports. This time was even more special because Nancy and I had our daughters with us. Every detail was perfect. Our London historic tour of London with Peter was informative and lots of fun. Our hotel was great and the O2 center and tennis was exciting. Thank you Michael and Mac Sports!

There were positives and negatives to the trip. The hotel was in an excellent location to access the subway. However, the hotel itself lacked a good restaurant. Also, it was not clearly explained how much the voucher was for breakfasts and we ended up having breakfast charges. We had to negotiate with the hotel to settle the charges. The seat locations were ok in Ashe. I would have preferred sitting slightly higher in Armstrong. Previously we had two very good experiences with previous MAC bookings and would use them again. Jessica has been excellent to work with.

We had a great time- hotel location was very convenient- only negative was the first night the hotel did not have a king room available- which we had paid for, so we had to switch rooms the next day. The hotel also over charged us for breakfasts- we were able to get that fixed.

We had an amazing time and Mac sports made efforts to get us amazing seats at the US OPEN. They also made accommodations for us with a mishap and totally made up for it with a car service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great seats as usual, but I did have one issue. I had thought the tickets a bit expensive, even taking into account that all prices are rising. It turned out that our tickets had a Hospitality Package with it that I was not aware of until the send day of the weekend. You may have told me about it, but I totally missed the message if you sent one. Once I became aware, I used it extensively and it was great but I with I had known the first day of the weekend as well. Thanks for all you do to get us these tickets. Chris & Barbara
